Comment: Nicole chose a divine gown for Cannes. The strapless blue creation features silver detailing and embellishment. As you may know, the movie she's promoting Grace of Monaco is being widely panned but a little... erm... 'work' to her face has been dominating the headlines. It's such a pity because Nicole is, and always has been, a natural beauty.
